PrimeArc Design Services was established to bring three closely related disciplines into a single, coordinated practice: the management that keeps a project on course, the design thinking that gives it substance, and the communication that carries it to the people it is meant to reach.
We work alongside our clients from the earliest conversations through to execution — clarifying objectives, structuring the process, developing the design response and shaping how the finished work is presented and understood.
The way we work is deliberately practical: understand the objective, structure the route to it, and keep everyone informed along the way.
Project management, design and public relations sit within the same practice, so decisions in one area account for their effect on the others.
Every engagement begins with the objective rather than the deliverable, so the work that follows is directed at an outcome you actually need.
Design is treated as a way of solving problems — balancing function, feasibility and visual quality rather than decoration applied at the end.
Schedules, responsibilities, documentation and progress tracking are put in place early, so a project stays organised as it grows more complex.
Stakeholders receive information in a form they can act on: concise updates, coordinated documentation and messaging that says the same thing everywhere.
We work as an extension of your team, adapting the level of involvement to what the project and your internal capacity actually require.
From early planning and design development through to site coordination and public communication, each service can stand alone or work as part of a wider engagement.
Professional project planning, coordination and delivery support designed to bring structure, accountability and clarity to complex projects.

A few of the questions we are asked most often. If yours is not covered here, please get in touch.
PrimeArc Design Services works across three connected areas: project management services, design services and public relations management. In practice that covers project planning and coordination, design consultancy, architectural and interior design support, design development and documentation, construction and site coordination, brand and visual identity design, public relations management, and strategic communications and media relations.
Yes. Engagements can begin at the earliest planning stage and continue through design development and into execution, with our role adapting as the project moves forward. Equally, we can join a project already in progress — we start by reviewing the current position and documentation before agreeing the scope of our involvement.
Our design work covers design consultancy and creative direction, architectural design support including concept design and spatial planning, interior design covering layouts, materials, finishes and furniture coordination, and design development and documentation that turns an approved concept into coordinated information. Brand and visual identity design sits alongside these where a project also has a communication dimension.
Yes. Project coordination is central to what we do. It covers programme development, milestone planning, coordination between consultants, suppliers and internal teams, documentation and registers, progress tracking against the plan, and regular reporting. It can be provided as a standalone service or as part of a wider project management engagement.
We begin with the objective rather than the deliverable: what the design needs to achieve, for whom, and within which constraints. Design directions are then developed and presented with their reasoning and trade-offs made explicit, so decisions are informed. We also carry out independent design review of work produced by others, which is a common reason clients engage us.
Yes. Our public relations management service covers PR strategy, media communication, press materials, corporate communications, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication and measured support on reputation-sensitive matters. It is offered both as ongoing support and as project-based work around a specific announcement or campaign.
