Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we are asked most often about our services, our process and working with us.
PrimeArc Design Services works across three connected areas: project management services, design services and public relations management. In practice that covers project planning and coordination, design consultancy, architectural and interior design support, design development and documentation, construction and site coordination, brand and visual identity design, public relations management, and strategic communications and media relations.
Yes. Engagements can begin at the earliest planning stage and continue through design development and into execution, with our role adapting as the project moves forward. Equally, we can join a project already in progress — we start by reviewing the current position and documentation before agreeing the scope of our involvement.
Our design work covers design consultancy and creative direction, architectural design support including concept design and spatial planning, interior design covering layouts, materials, finishes and furniture coordination, and design development and documentation that turns an approved concept into coordinated information. Brand and visual identity design sits alongside these where a project also has a communication dimension.
Yes. Project coordination is central to what we do. It covers programme development, milestone planning, coordination between consultants, suppliers and internal teams, documentation and registers, progress tracking against the plan, and regular reporting. It can be provided as a standalone service or as part of a wider project management engagement.
We begin with the objective rather than the deliverable: what the design needs to achieve, for whom, and within which constraints. Design directions are then developed and presented with their reasoning and trade-offs made explicit, so decisions are informed. We also carry out independent design review of work produced by others, which is a common reason clients engage us.
Yes. Our public relations management service covers PR strategy, media communication, press materials, corporate communications, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication and measured support on reputation-sensitive matters. It is offered both as ongoing support and as project-based work around a specific announcement or campaign.
Every engagement is scoped individually. Some clients need a single service for a defined stage; others need an integrated scope spanning project management, design and communication. Scope can also change as a project develops — we agree and document any change in writing before the additional work begins.
Regularly. We are comfortable working alongside appointed architects, engineers, contractors, specialist consultants and internal client teams. In many engagements coordinating those parties — making sure information flows between them and that design intent is understood consistently — is exactly the value we are asked to add.
Reporting is agreed at the start of the engagement. It typically includes regular progress reports against the programme, minuted meetings with tracked actions, a live register of open issues with owners and status, and a clear statement of any decisions required from you. The intention is that you always know where the project stands without having to ask.
You can reach us through the contact form on our contact page, or by using any of the contact details published there. Enquiries are reviewed by our team and we respond as promptly as we reasonably can, usually with a suggested practical next step.
The more context you can give, the more useful our first response will be. Helpful details include the nature of the project, the objective you are working towards, the stage you have reached, which services you think you need, any timeline you are working to, and who else is already involved. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive documents through the website form — we will suggest a secure route if they are needed.
You receive an automatic confirmation that your message has arrived. Our team then reviews the enquiry and responds directly, either with answers to your questions or with a suggested starting point — often a short conversation to understand the project properly before anything is proposed in writing.
